Ask your friends and colleagues to do the same. Make it a challenge at your work, or club or school! On November 10th meet me outside of the downtown YMCA to drop them off. My purpose in sharing these stories is simply to introduce you to human beings living “less than” lives. Real people, most Londoners have never met and truthfully don’t want to meet. But we, the London community, have a devastating problem. Whether you ignore it or not, I encourage you to listen to these words before judging.

Our YES, I CAN! mental health event for girls couldn't have been more successful. From inspirational mental health speakers, to great food, and fun experiential learning rotations! Our girls loved AND WORE their awesome swag.
